• Manage the Preparation of project Baselines (time, and cost) with resource loading and analysis and project budget set-up.
• Provide planning and cost-controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress preparation of customer billing processes, etc.
• Manage the Preparation of project Plans, and Procedures (Project Execution plan, Risk management plan, etc.).
• Supervise the progress Updates for construction schedules regularly in light of weekly and monthly progress reports, and supervise the Generation of the look-ahead schedules for tracking the projects.
• Manage the Preparation of Recovery, and Revised schedules for the projects.
• Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.
• Monitor, and control project total expenditure including verifying and checking invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Ensure effective project implementation, and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of a project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing, and delivery up to the closure of the project.
• Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
• Attend project meetings and discussions with the Project team and external clients
• Perform project costing-related reporting to the team and management’s review every month to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal project team as and when required.
• Manage the Preparation of Extension of time and Cost Claims for the project as per Contractual requirements.
• Tender preparation (schedule, cash flow, Manpower histograms, Equipment histograms, S-Curve, etc.…)
