I worked for square contracting COMPANY for two projects
1- SOUT AL JAZIRA FACTORY (INDUSRIAL AREA )
2- ASFAN 66 VILLA
I worked as aproject manger for these two project with total sum of 48 miilion SR, orgnize the work, manging my team and the subcontractors, comply with schedule as can as possible, acheive targets .
AL OTHAIM is very large company for supermarket and mall and they have plans for extended so i was responsable for qassiem projects with 120 million sr value in four sites and i have three groups of engineers to excute the work, deals with subcontractors, with muncipilty, prepare the plans of work, approve the payment for subcontractor, prepare for tender of the subcontractor, .
i worked for my company as a contractor for many project (schools, residentail bldg )
