Handling all receivable transaction:
• Open projects code for new projects.
• Issuing invoices.
• Recognize the revenue.
• Issuing respites for collection.
• Issuing letters of guarantee.
• Controlling Bank accounts.
• Lead team from 2 persons to handle all issues belongs to the receivable and collect company’s money
For some internal role in company and as per KSA regulation, that prevent non-Saudi working as administration Manager, also, because I obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce, University of Cairo, Faculty of Commerce in 2005, I changed my career to accounting, and this step was a part of the requirements to prepare myself toward to achieve my target to be a high level management
Partially working with Sales department and most of the time as Administration manager, controlling all transactions belongs to employees with government and movement as per the regulation of KSA. Leading team were working to handle above issues and follow up their effort and raise a report to the Regional Manager.
Working in sales Dep. in back office; preparing all proposal and quotations, follow up the contract, issuing invoices, follow most of logistic belongs to sales department.
ICSM is a leading software development company in the Kingdom, with western administration. The company has supported the Information Technology needs of the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces for several years, in the development, and implementation of systems and software. The RSADF project requires publication of comprehensive set of bilingual colored documents. I worked in this Company in the capacity of Technical Writer Personnel & Administrative Officer

The course included 11 level, and as per placement test I joined to level six, and every level for 45 days 3 hours/day, 5dayd/week. The courses were included all language aria (speaking – writing – presenting – grammar, etc..)
