Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals.
• Review and submit of MEP materials submittals.
• Direct, monitor and control the installation the activities of MEP.
• Testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.

• Elaborating inspection and test programs
• Participate in the elaboration Project Quality Plan, PQP.
• Elaborating and coordinating the electrical specifications and codes-standards
• Coordination with the subcontractors for all installation procedure specifications and procedures qualifications reports.
• Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors
• Assist the site QC manager in the organization, maintenance and control of the quality system.
• Prepare nonconformance reports to the QA manager and assist in developing corrective actions.
• Assist the QC manager and construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities
• Compete site quality instructions to subcontractors when required.
• Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors
• Compete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses
• Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
• Prepare and review electrical construction plans, specifications, and equipment selections for a variety of different project types including Faculty of Education and Arts, University of Tabuk, Ministry of Roads and Transportation Building, Dentistry building project at King Khalid Military Hospital and others.
• Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
• Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation.
• Manage electrical staff, allocate resources, and direct the activities of other engineers.
• Perform all phases of electrical work including proposals, field investigation, energy analysis, construction documents, and construction administration.
• Ensure application and maintenance of all Quality System procedures.
• The ability to manage several simultaneous projects
• Preparation and/or development of project cost plans.
• Responsible on tendering studies and cost estimate.
• preparing inquiries letters, negotiating vendor’s subcontractors and determining technical and financial terms for contracting.
• Planning budgets for projects, monthly invoices for client, monthly invoices for subcontractors, material requests for project and quantity survey for client and subcontractors.
• Preparation of Studies, Designs for our company projects.
• Technical Support to our Projects team.
• Meeting with suppliers and distributors to discuss the prices of merchandise.
• Review all what has been an accomplished daily in sites.
• Implements the contract documents, such as design drawings, specifications, Bill of Quantities, contract conditions, etc.
• Checks / reviews Contractor's shop drawings for all electrical services / works, including services composite drawings with special emphasis on coordination with all the civil, structural, architectural works / finishes of the project including compliance with all the regulatory requirements.
• Checks, reviews and approve all the electrical materials submittals, proposals and samples.
• Inspects all the electrical materials delivered to project site for compliance as per approved materials data / samples.
• Reviews / checks and recommend the acceptable completed progress percentages of all electrical activities to the client.
• Reviews and approve the as Built drawings.
• Verifies handing over, testing and commissioning of all electrical systems.
• Compliance with the site's health and safety regulations.
• Supervise electrical works when new production lines are undertaken.
• Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components, and installations
• Ensure that equipment’s are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities
• Installation of fresh electrical components and fittings
• Recommend replacement for old or faulty electrical components or fittings to the management
• Sharing with forecasting requirements, creating a budget and scheduling expenses for the electrical department
• Keep record of all stock and supplies, including company’s electrical equipment
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services
• Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented
• Purchase electrical fittings and components or supervise the staff charged with the responsibility
• Provide 24 hours a day maintenance services or assign technical staff to do so
• Learn new skills and attend training programs in other to increase knowledge of trends and best practices in the industry
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
