Job Purpose:
Manage ICS’s teams in (Jeddah-Khober-Riyadh) main branches for all equipment’s sales in the region including EPC contractors, the government and corporate segment in order to ensure quality customer service, execution of large project sales as per the given prices and polices and most importantly, achievement of sales targets, while identifying opportunities for growing sales volume, market shares.

Job Description
• Implementation of sales region strategy to ensure the alignment with ICS’s strategies polices, process and producers.
• Manages the day to day operations of sales regions providing guidance, encouraging team work and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
• Ensure sales target achieved per segment and equipment sales
• Assesses data provided by the sales regions departments, identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas to future increase sales volume, market share and profitability per segment and equipments sales.
• Calls actively on Key Accounts and assist sales force where appropriate to ensure prompt solutions to their satisfaction.
• Prepares and recommends the sales regions budget to ensure alignment
• Manage the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff
• Providing of formal and informal feedback and appraisal
• Reviewing all division reports for accuracy, in order to ensure that they confirm to ICS functional requirements, polices and standard.

Ruhrpumpen is a worldwide Manufacturer for API 610 Pumps, with four main Facilities (Factories). Shareholders are: Egyptian General Petroleum Cooperation (EGPC), (Enppi), (Petrojet), Ruhrpumpen GmbH (RP), Shotec co. BIPE Germany.

Working as Regional Technical engineer for “Ruhrpumpen Egypt” covering both Sudan and Egypt. Including in my scope the factory projects activities for budget.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Job Description:
• Direct and manage project development from FEED Studies till startup activities.
• Review and specify project work breakdown structure (WBS) for project activities.
• Develop full scale project plans and associated communications plan and estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Review and develop project schedule and its revised revisions.
• Review Project procedures for both engineering and construction works.
• Review designers and contractor’s drawings for completeness of Information and compliance with contract requirements.
• Contribute to the regular project report, and attend project meetings.
• Review Project cost distribution and earned value management (cost optimization) for the project during execution activities.

Responsible for Water Market:
• Starting from handling inquiry with Consultants such as: Eng. Ahmed Abd el wars Consultant, ECG, Shaker, Dar el Handasa, …
• Handling /dealing with End user such as: The Holding Company for Water and Sanitation (HCWW), CAPWO & NOPWASD.
• Making deals with Contractors such as:Arab contractor, Orascom, Mokhtar Ibrahim, Ministry of defense engineering department (water department), GAFRD (General Authority for Fish Resources Development)
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals
• in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• FF Diesel Pump Unit replacement (SUMED).
• Handling huge projects for Enppi:
PTB NEW LAND OIL TREATMENT TRAIN, consist of 4 items (BB2, OH2 and VS4 pumps) with electrical motors (5.5kW up to 320 KW) with mechanical seal system plan 31 & 53 A.
• Handling special project for AMREYA Co. according to API specifications.
• Handling special project for EPP Co.
• Completeness of supply 10 pumps for (Petrojet Co.).
• Handling two important projects for NPC Company (BB2 & OH2) with 260 kw & 150 kw.
• Handling 7 projects for Arabian Oil Pipeline (AL Tube) with different type of pump, 11 pumps OH2 with different sizes, 4 pumps BB1 (Sleeve bearings) with Lube oil system, 2 pumps in VS6, 2 firefighting skid (Jockey firefighting OH2 pumps) and 2 firefighting skid (main firefighting BB1) UL-FM listed, according to NFPA20.

Working in Maintenance of Wind Turbine Farms for GES (GLOBAL ENERGY SERVIES) Spanish company in Zafaranaa plants Last position (Responsible one for German Project Including:-
 Maintenance of Indar Generator
 Maintenance of Hydraulic system controlling some functions (Movement of Pitch Axe- Rotor brake system- Yaw brake system)
 Installing Software for PLC and CCU and SMP Devices
 Power conditioning circuit consists of (IGBT'S-Current Transformers-Inverter-Rectifier-Battery-Crowbar)
 Maintenance of oil cooling system consisting of Mechanical and Electrical pumps and oil cooling unit.
 3 Phase Motors controlling some functions such as the movement of the nacelle CW & CCW and the Pumping of oil from the gearbox to the intercooler and the hydraulic oil.
 Communication system through optical fiber cables connection between each machine and the previous and the next machine and finally to the monitoring room.
 Transformers 690 v- 11 kv (ELMAKO Transformers)
 Working in Air-Condition Maintenance (MEGA-HISSOTTO Air Conditions). GES (Spanish Company)
 Microelectronic Analysis, Power Electronics, Microprocessors, Control Design, Machine Design, Circuit Analysis & Power System Analysis and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) .
Main duties and responsibilities :
1- Full responsibility for operation and maintenance of all the equipment listed above.
2- To coordinate with the maintenance team in the reviewing and / or
re-examining shift superintendent log or reports of the operation section regarding the failures.
3- Budget planning and management.
4- Arrange with sub-dealer for the above mentioned heavy equipment units and spare parts.
5- Identification, development and implementation of energy management projects, energy power saving for all company resources.
6- Involved in the identification, development, planning and implementation of utilities capital improvement projects.
7- Supervisory responsibility and team development and training of utilities staff.
8- Development of written operating procedures, standards, and best practices and ensuring these were kept current.
9- Ensured compliance with all company and local environmental and safty regulations.
