Production shift Engineer in V.C.V.L and C.C.V.L ( Vertical and Catenary Continuous Vulcanization Line) for insulation of medium, high and extra high voltage cables .
Also from January 2012 to present I have been working in power cables section in additional of my responsibilities in V.C.V line. This section mainly for assembling the segmental conductors and completing the remaining process after insulation process such as screening process, Lead layer for mechanical protection and sheathing process.
I am reposiable for, Establishing production plans achieving the best productivity with highest quality and minimum scrap,
following up the progress in the plan and taking corrective actions in case of deviations & problems.
Monitoring the performance of the machine and the status of each equipment in the line and solving technical problems
Managing a team of technicians and responsible for distribution of them along the line and training of them.
Supervised on a comminishing of a certain machines related to my job with a specified experts such as screening machine(2010) and Al currigaterd machine (2012)
Supervised on a traial for assembling Aluminum segmental conductors (2000mm2 & 2500mm2 ) with an Italian process technicians .
