- Being an expert of the E2E artwork execution on multi-functional (internal and external) teams, supply chain requirements, pre-press & printing, print feasibility, copy management, artwork assembly to ensure excellence in execution.
- Responsible for creating a documentation system for the department, including all the pack specifications and the printing references.
- Prepare Files according to the Printing Requirements
- Responsible for making all proofs for approval and pre-press
- Research & adapt new relevant techniques, programs, and technologies.
- Prepare Die Cuts. Doing mockups and production samples.
- Presenting options for design treatments.
- Responsible for printing with the following techniques,
1. Offset
2. Flexo
3. Rotogravure
4. letter press
5. Screen Offset
6. Silk Screen
7. Digital
- Responsible for printing the following packaging materials,
Tubes (Laminate & Plastic) / Stickers
Sleeves / Outer cartons
Trays / Leaflets
- Bringing innovative ideas, search and reapply learning that drive continual improvements in quality, productivity and efficiency.
- Proactively exploring cost savings and cost avoidance opportunities.
- Accurately track and report E2E artwork success measures on a quarterly/annual basis.
- Handling all the brochures, catalogues, head letters & business cards printing.
- Attending the printing of new designs / projects at different printing houses to ensure the right color separation & printing quality & approve the color result before printing.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
- Create final links for design & packaging with suitable format for each printing house separately.
- Oversee the project from start to finish, monitor various stages

- Track projects production process to ensure that it meet standards of quality.
- Handling all the brochures, catalogues, head letters & business cards printing.
- Attending the printing of new designs / projects at different printing houses to ensure the right color separation & printing quality & approve the color result before printing.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
- Create final links for design & packaging with suitable format for each printing house separately.

 Sending a print out to the client & a reference for color separation to be approved before printing. (References such as pantone book, ISO proof & samples).
 Reviewing final layouts & suggesting improvements if required.
 Responsible for the Montage of the design to match paper size & machines type to save cost.
 Maintain relevant records, documents, and other files such as ISO 9000 & 9001 documents.
