Regional Brand Manager Middle East Countries(13 countries) Job Overview · Implementing the Consumer care marketing strategic plans in the Middle East with respect to different marketing activities addressed to Health care professionals & consumers, based on proper planning, execution &follow up of annual marketing activities projects. Major Tasks: · Plan, execute & follow up annual marketing activities projects for the assigned brand which helps in implementing the long term strategic plan formulated by the Markting head. · Handling a new ambitious investment project for the Middle East that includes ATL Campaign, Iraq business expansion and Mass market penetration · ATL Campaign includes TVC airing activities for 2 Brands with complete 360 ᵒ activations (integration with print, digital & BTL activations). · Project manager for E-detailing implementation (6 brands) across the Middle East. · Execute & arrange different medical marketing activities as conferences, stand alone, Brand activations in accordance to key developed strategic campaigns communicated from the Marketing head. Also work closely with trade marketing to help in consumer activations and customer attraction /retention plans. · Analyze, forecast and assess product performance for assigned brands so as to highlight potential threats and opportunities. · Assist Middle East Marketing head in the preparation of annual marketing plans and budget preparations. · Regularly give feedback to senior management on competitor activities and analysis of market trends for assigned brands. · Monitor the purchasing service provided by platform to ensure purchase orders are inplace efficiently to fulfill the company’s purchasing needs and liaising with other departments as appropriate. · Maintain strong relationships with KOLs & develop Bayer brands advocates. · Track P&I expenses and ensure alignment with budget allocation settled by Marketing head.

· Developing a yearly Doctors and Pharmacies Efficiency Report to monitor daily visits of
Medical Rep. calculating coverage percentage per month and per specialty, thus help in

· Have role which is responsible for sales process and operational changes in support of sales
and field efforts.
· Assisting the country division head in recommending changes to policies, establishes
procedures and communicates to the field.
Works on issues of diverse scope, analyzing current situation and in market sales data with
multiple factors, including an understanding of database administration and current business
trends.
· Have responsibility for multiple sub functions such as program execution, database queries &
administration, assist in sales planning, performance reporting to include strategy and
execution where appropriate.
· Assisting the country division head in developing the forecast for Egypt plus sub region.
· Revising all debit notes of our distributers and all the expenses of the sub region.
