•Assist in preparing contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
•Select, engage and oversee workers to complete specific pieces of the project, within time and budget.
•Take appropriate follow up action to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site including overall project risk management action.
•Following up project's cost estimations, cost analysis, monthly reports, recovery of primavera program of work, interim payments, etc.…
