Current project pipeline under management in- excess of AED 15 billion.
Accountable for budget compilation and control, consultant selection, design management, cost review, value engineering, work packaging, contractor / consultant appointments, tender review and negotiation, project delivery, claims and final account settlement to satisfactory handing over, ensuring compliance to governance to preserve the image and integrity of the organization. My role involves dealing with the client and internal / external stakeholders responsible for all technical and commercial oversight. Role involves complete commercial and technical oversight, covering all planning, design, project management, cost, procurement, and project risk in accordance with contract execution procedures, company procedures and work practices.
Typical assignments include: Bvlgari Hotel, Coca Cola arena, Madinat Jumeirah Living, Marsa Al Arab hotel, Dubai Police Academy, Dubai Police compound and Refurbishment of King Talal House in Amman.

Accountable for budget compilation and control, consultants’ selection, design management, cost review, value engineering, works packaging, contractor appointment, tender review and negotiation, project delivery, claims and final account settlement to satisfactory handing along with it ensuring corporate governance compliance to preserve the image and integrity of respected organization.
Project Management: Accountable for the delivery of vast range of prestigious projects including Design management, Consultants, Specialist consultants, Main contracts works, ID fit out and FF&E contracts with involvement of relevant details, material selection, suppliers, execution and procurement to satisfactory handover to our high-end clients.
Project Planning & Scheduling: Handling end to end project activities encompassing planning, design, estimation, scope definition, finalization of techno-commercial aspects and implementing quality standards; supervising activities for driving timely project completion.
Strategic Support: Maintaining organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans. Developing realistic plans to foster innovation programs to sustain and accelerate the future growth of organizational initiatives.
Project Tracking activities: Tracking project progress including procurement and construction activities while facilitating progress review meetings with consultants, contractors, top management, and officials.
Manpower & Cost Management: Ensuring mobilization of manpower resources for the project within designated timelines. Monitoring progress of construction against planned timelines. Ensuring effective cost management during the project lifecycle
Clients Relationship: Attending monthly progress meetings with consultant & clients; interacted and built relationships with clients as well as engaged with clients for addressing challenging issues. Representing the company while enhancing relationships in dealings with client, consultants and regulatory authorities and ensuring implementation of all agreement
Quality Assurance: Devising and implementing processes, in line with organizational standards and client specifications; checking and monitoring material quality as well as monitoring sub-contractors’ quality in execution of the work.
Leadership Acumen: Providing inputs to the design, planning and coordination teams before the commencement of the projects. Planning, recruiting and managing staff, as required, to execute projects, providing technical and capacity building support including supervision, training and mentoring in the planning, management and implementation.
