Job Responsibilities:
• Sites management of one or multiple projects as per the work load.
• Contracts management including invoicing , change orders, claims.
• Quality management including implementation of qa/qc program to insure , the quality of the, works and eliminate deficiencies and rework.
• Devlope project program and follow up progress and insure timely completion.
• Implementation of safty program in compliance with industry and local regulations.
• Cost control and monitoring and reporting actual cost against planed.
• Prepare execution plane, progress reports and allocate suitable personnel to achieve the above plane.
• Manage pricing and quotations enquiries from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Plan and attend circular and periodic meetings.
• Prepare and submitting weekly site reports to project manger and client .
• Allocating and managing administering and follow up duties and responsibilities for site engneers an formen.
• In charge and responsible for subcontractors productivity against allocated projects costs.
• Prepare value engineering for projects which needed by their owners .
• Participate for preparing cost estimation for projects applying for all site .
• Make cost control for some of projects due to client’s requirement .
Computer skills:
Mastering AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
3D STUDIO, 3D MAX -, ADOBE
WORD &EXCELL
Languages:
Arabic: Mother tongue.
English: Excellent spoken & written.
