• Leading the HSE team in the region to control the hazards and aspects effect in order to maximize loss control.
• Ensuring all activities are carried out according to HSE policies
• Leading & controlling the investigation of serious accidents/incidents
• Monitoring all records related to HSE activities.
• Identify misalignment between activities and requirements of the safety and specify actions to be taken.
• Establish safe vehicle operating procedures to be followed by all drivers of company and non-company vehicles
• Lead the reporting of all motor vehicle accidents and violations involving company or non-company vehicles.
• Own the Action register for all H&S actions for the region sales and deployment fleet
• Track and regularly reports the implementation of the preventative maintenance and repair of all the vehicles in his/her region
• Own the fleet safety performance metrics in place to routinely evaluate fleet safety performance.
• Annual review of fleet safety program to include performance records, including fleet incidents, trainings and authorizations, preventive maintenance and corrective actions
• Leading the HSE team in the site to control the hazards and aspects effect in order to maximize loss control.
• Ensuring all activities are carried out according to HSE policies
• Meeting all the legislation concerning HSE laws.
• Conducting HSE audits and ensuring that HSE outcomes of the audit are positive or otherwise actions are taken.
• Participating in the investigation of serious accidents/incidents
• Conduct Base performance against targets
• Ensuring management of change process as a part from any modifications or development will be done on process across the site.
• Ensuring that all operation activities done in safe working environmental (risk assessment).
• Assess site plans, organizations and operational capabilities to match innovation requirements
• Identify misalignment between activities and requirements of the safety and specify actions to be taken.
• Keeping all records related to HSE activities.
• Preparing monthly report on HSE KPI’s and Programs.
• Ensure the availability of the update of operating licenses.
• Control site cost through waste and energy consumption reduction programs
• Responsible for HSE induction programs for new comers.
• Responsible for HSE training needs based on specific site and workplace hazards and aspects
• Responsible for complying with the company standards and legal requirements regarding the radio-active sources
• Installation & Maintaining the machines.
• Projects studies (study the full case for a new product or new machine before we even sign a contract with a supplier).
• Responsible for safety, Health and environment for the site
