The project consist of 4 buildings (each building comprises basement and 4 floors) covering more than 20, 000 square meter moreover. The project inculde steel structure, interior finishing and facade works for both civil and MEP. Plus potable water network, irrigation, sewage, electrical network, water tank, lift station and medium voltage switch gear
