RESPONSIBILITY
• Validated First Article inspection.
• Inspection of critical dimension using CMM
• Conduct internal audit at regular frequency.
• Raise non-conformance for NC product.
• Maintained open and effective communication’s with project to increase production.
• Compile date and prepare a variety of reports.
• Deal with customers either regarding quality assurance.
• Raise concussion permit for drawing and others issue to customer.
• Reply to the SNCA raised by customer regarding part or process.
• Carry out dimensional inspection using veriner caliper, micrometer, dial indicators, surface tester, UT thickness gauge etc.
• Prepare and monitor the documents as per ISO 9001.
• Check visual inspection before NDT.
• Carry out NDT inspection as required in drawing.
• Conduct WPS, PQR & WQT for requirement as per ASME and DIN
• Prepare Print Review for new order.
• Provide training for workers related to quality.
• Check visual inspection after painting.
• Check painting coat using DFT as per drawing.
• Check post-delivery activity for packing for traceability.

RESPONSIBILITY
• Perform any combination of following to inspect components, sub-assemblies, assemblies and also parts for conformance to specification, following blue print, drawing and production assembly’s manuals.
• Compare assembly with part list to detect missing components.
• Examine alignment of parts measure parts of conformance to specified dimensions using precisions measuring instruments like micrometer, veriner caliper and also gauges.
• Measure plate area for uniformity thickness, dial indicator and UT thickness.
• Maintain of existing gauges and product and prevent use of uncontrolled gauge.
• Develop new method or gauge for new as well as existing product.
• Prepare documents as per ISO 9001 and knowledge in documents and maintain records.
• In process quality check as per manufacturing quality plan.
• Conduct internal audit as per the frequency.
• Technical problem solving in QA system & dispatch handling system.
• Customer handling subject to quality.
