-Preparing shop drawings with accordance to standard, supplier recommendations and consultant specs.
-Ensure the compatibility and overlay of all systems with architectural and structural designs
-Preparing compliance sheets between products specifications and consultant specs, submit material for consultant approval.
-Ensure execution of work in accordance with applicable project procedures and standards and promptly give visibility and escalate to management any potential deviation from plans.
-Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures and other project requirements are met.
-Conduct site inspections to endure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
-Perform overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance, etc.) and report regularly on project status.
-Complete responsibility to decide on day to day work that needs to be carried out by subordinates including:
Scheduling of activities, Assigning task to groups or individuals, Accuracy of work conducted, Supplying resources and
dealing with operational issues and problems.
-Ensure the work on site carried out is as per approved Shop Drawing and within the time frame and progress of the approved construction program.

#Manage and coordinate the design team Engineers.
#Review all mechanical design calculations and drawings.
#Supervise the mechanical works of the assigned site as per approved drawings and materials to ensure execution of electromechanical works in line with codes and standards specification and scope of works.
#Manages and develops the Service staff, which includes hiring, terminating and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling employees, evaluating performance and
directing work assignments to ensure effective production.
Plan, prepare, submit, track, log and follow-up all technical issues in timely manner as per the Contract documents which includes but not limited to the following:
• Technical submittal (e.g., product technical data, catalog cuts, manufactures Certification, method of statement, testing & commissioning reports, etc.)
• Workshop drawings.
• Engineering calculations if required.
• Record (As-Built) drawings for any changes/deviations from the original drawings.
Manage and maintain the procurement schedule of the materials & equipment as follows:
• Ensure that all materials are delivered on time and to specifications & approved submittals
• Submit the material submittals & the materials samples as per the approved vendor list.
• Coordination with project department / project managers / Engineers / Planners on the approved BOQ and specific requirements of the project.
• Planning the schedule for procurement and delivery. Ensuring that materials are received on time. Receiving the materials on site, and conducting quality assurance procedures. Variances to be discussed and renegotiated with suppliers.
• Verifications to be conducted along with project engineers. Rejected materials to be sent back to supplier and ensure appropriate documentations in coordination with the accounts department. Warehouse maintenance, stock taking and management audits.
• Day to day management of Site Activities Assure construction projects are completed in compliance with the latest approved workshop drawings and specification.
• Observe & Follow up with subcontractors, suppliers for timely completion of works as well delivery of materials.
• Ensure that manpower, equipment and materials are properly utilized.
• Timely submission of inspections to proceed works without any stoppage
• Perform any other similar duties assigned by the construction manager.
