-prepares quotations or packages for FIT's and groups coming to Bahrain and sends them to our agents / contacts
-organizes sightseeing trips for groups coming from ships / cruises
-coordinates with hotels and other local suppliers with regards to bookings and rates
-prepares yearly tariff for hotels and ground handling services and sends them to our agents / contacts
-other duties assigned by the Managing Director
-arranges accommodation, transportation & tours of inbound and outbound clients/ groups
-prepares travel packages and quotations
-attends to inquiries through phone, fax & email
-other duties assigned by the General Manager and/or Managing Director
-attends to inquiries / complaints of clients from Australia, New Zealand, Middle East & U.S.A.
-place orders to our suppliers / vendors from different countries
-follow-up of orders with vendors / suppliers
-process orders of clients and advise production / warehouse personnel
-other duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager and/or Operations Manager
