Duties / Responsibilities
• Assisted in developing structural schemes for selected buildings
• Prepared structural design reports for selected buildings
• Prepared structural formwork and reinforcement drawings for selected buildings
• Prepared material take-off and bill of quantities for selected buildings
• Assisted in preparation of long lead items lists and material procurement schedule
Project: NLNG Material offloading facility, Jetty
Upgrade, Bonny
Description: Design of anchored steel sheet pile wall and associated structural works
Duties / Responsibilities
• Prepared general layout drawings of the facility
• Prepared sheet piling layout drawings and details
• Designed lifting anchors and developed a rigging plan for precast concrete capping beams
• Prepared concrete capping beam reinforcement drawings
• Prepared heavy duty concrete pavement joint layout/details and reinforcement drawings
• Prepared concrete capping beam steel edge protection drawings
• Prepared mooring piles layout and details drawings
• Monitor and report daily structural steel fabrication and erection work progress to management and client.
• Control of entire fabrication and erection of steel structure modules
• Co-ordination of workers on site and reporting of daily manpower list
• Prepare inspection notices for fabricated and erected structural members
• Prepare safe work method statements and job hazard analysis
• Prepare field change request(FCR) whenever necessary
• Review and organize documents/project drawings
• Act as an interface between construction team and company’s management/project client
