• Reporting directly to the international supply chain director, I was leading fast track Greenfield project of new Henkel 6th of October city detergent plant. The plant successfully started the production after 18 months from design phase.
• Directly managing the project CAPEX, main contractor, project consultant governmental and authority’s approvals during the construction life time.
• Hiring of the plant organization of more than 20 managers and administrative personal as well as more than 80 production and maintenance technicians.
• Setting the systems and standards for plant startup including contractual agreements with service providers in different fields.
• Managing all plant day to day operations with overall responsibilities for Health & safety, production, maintenance, quality and administration departments.
• Coordinate plant activities through planning with departments’ managers to insure accomplishment of manufacturing objectives in timely and cost-effective manner.
• Develop and control profits, plans, and budget.
• Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, work force, wages and salaries.
• Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
• Provide direction, development and leadership to production supervisor.
• Regular analysis of departmental results, evaluating findings and developing strategic action plans to ensure all future targets are delivered

Direct and manage all plant operations that include Babycare operations, Femcare operations, initiatives and technical support team with overall responsibilities for safety, quality, cost, production, process reliability and maintenance as well as setting the strategies for continuous improvements.
Jeddah plant operation is one of the largest manufacturing organizations of Baby and Fem care products Procter and Gamble with 230 employees and 150 contractors.

Baby Care E-lite module start up and operation department manager, responsible for establishing a new Babycare operations module in Cairo plant.
Developing a new operational organization of 80 people (7 managers & 73 technicians) including hiring more than 70% of the team.
Leading the entire Technology Transfer &Training plan over one year with extensive travel to sister plants in Saudi & Poland.
Leading the vendor acceptance tests and the successful start-up of the lines 1, 2 &3 with all operational & supply chain work systems up and running .

Started in SEP 2000 as Electrical and Instrumentation manager for paper department, leading the electrical team with main responsibilities to develop technicians technical skills, establish and develop electrical systems and full responsibilities of four production lines electrical equipment, their maintenance and electrical safety.
Leading the TT&T (technical training and technology transfer) of newly introduced Femcare high technology line with direct responsibilities of developing and executing the training plan for the operations and support functions teams in other plants and vendors sites in Italy and Germany until the line startup.
Leading the Process and Technology team composed of department mechanical, electrical and process teams technicians to support the daily operations, implement technical management systems and building the organization technical capabilities.
