DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinate and manage subordinates, facilitate interdepartmental communication and allocate tasks and resources as needed
* Supervising the operation force (Tour operators, tour leaders & transfer men)
* Programs quoting and execution.
* Sourcing prodaucts and destination to meet costmer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism
* Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage booking and schedules
* Negotiating rates with hotels
* Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations and provide the highest levels of services delivery to clients
* taking care of online inventory of our sales internet booking engine
* managing customer transfer in Dubai and worldwide
* Assist in the development of operational policies and procedures
* Handling hotel reservations co-ordination
* Handling all international correspondence insuring high quality of professionalism in communication
* Handling operation files, documentation, and correspondence for Thai Scandinavian, French, American and Romanian travel agencies professionally
* Managing operators, tour leaders and transfer men.
* Gather and link information, resolve discrepancies and make strategic recommendations.
* Coordinate activities through planning with departmental leaders to insure total
* Service & Company objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
* Develop and control profits, plans, and budget.
* Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, man power,
* Manages capital asset maintenance.
* Establish and monitor overall performance for production and quality standards.
* Control and minimize labor overtime, premium freight and repair expenses.
* Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
* Direct and manage operations for production and quality.
* Provides direction, development and leadership to team members
* development of proposals for Associate Awards as Necessary.
* Oversee all project procurement activities.
* Ensure the prompt implementation of financial and contractual reviews and approvals for every project activity, and prompt review and payment of invoices.
* Information gets to all project staff as needed and when needed.
* Conduct periodic reviews of operations processes to identify opportunities for improvements.
* Help maintain staff performance, morale, and productivity by ensuring that systems are in place And functioning well.
* Ensure timely implementation and close-out of the interventions as agreed during the strategy and work plan development process and in compliance with the established policy and procedures.
* Responsible to coordinate the annual inventory report for the company and field offices
