• Re-establish the health and safety program in accordance with OSHAD (ADPHC) standards.
• Review and update existing policies and procedure.
• Managing equipment and supply needs, including furniture, telecommunications, kitchen
appliances, office equipment and supplies, transportations and climate control.

· Conducts routine annual OSH audits and quarterly full facility inspections to ensure compliance, including physical checking of the facility.
· Ensure closing findings of audits and inspections in timely manners.
· Drafting and revising over 20 OSH-relevant policies, standards and guidelines .
· Managed OSH department quarterly and annual performance reports.
· Organized documentation and evidences related for JCIA re-accreditation.
· Organization Staff Wellness Program & Trainings
· Developed and Launched Caregiver’s Wellness Program 2021.
· Establishing monthly OSH wellness bulletin email for the organization. Wellness Ambassador & LinkedIn Learning Champion.
· Conducting ergonomics assessments as needed.
· Hosting wellness, safety sessions as well as safety induction for new joiners. Managing staff mandatory annual OSHMS competency survey and trainings.
❖ Emergency Management&BCM
· Registering and investigating over 20 OSH incident reports annually.
· Monitoring, reporting in emergency drills as well as organizing drills. Keeping organizations risk registers up to date.

Environmental Information Science and & Outreach Management Sector

Environmental Science and sustainability major provides a solid scientific background to students as well as an excellent understanding of main local and global environmental issues. The major helped me to establish national scientific knowldge in the area of environmental science and sustainability.
