Founder and Managing Director of Eservia, a leader in providing High performance Computing solutions for Educational and E- Learning Applications. Eservia's main project is Schoolii, which is a wide online community for enhancing the learning process, networking the Egyptian schools and enabling school-board.


ROLE:
 Led senior management of marketing and business development involving putting strategies, implementing plans, market assessment and new products decisions.
 Raised funds and ensured positive cash-flow through grants and R&D proposals.
 Managed administrative, legal, and financial functions for Eservia.
 Developed strategies and methods for Eservia to expand through managing internal operations and hiring key persons.
 Facilitated the technical product development by avoiding any overlapping between roles and hiring separate legal and financial advisors.

Junior Capacity Building Consultant at UNDP - Local Administration Reform Unit (LARU)

UNDP, in partnership with the United Nations Capital development Fund (UNCDF), provides technical support to enable the Ministry of Local Development (MoLD) and its Local Administration Reform Unit (LARU) perform its core functions and operate as the central entity to guide the decentralization reform and the development of a National Decentralization Strategy.

ROLE:
 Ensure development and implementation of policies and strategies for institutional strengthening and organizational reforms in select government entities at both central and sub-national levels.
 Support capacity assessments and preparation of capacity development plans, taking into consideration the need of the government entities and other development partners.
 Promote the comprehensive capacity development approach envisaged in Governmental Institutions Reform Project and, in consultation with the Government and UNDP, implement transfer of know-how through a series of training and learning events.
 Facilitate strengthening of Institutional and Organizational capacity of select government entities by policy and strategy development and systems improvement through coaching and advisory services to improve service delivery and to support Public Administration Reform (PAR) objectives.
 Supervise the projects capacity development efforts aimed at government counterparts, local authorities and development organizations.
 Ensure adequate technical support to state entities for mainstreaming gender in key policy and strategic documents and development processes.
 Facilitate preparation of a policy portfolio and programmatic portfolio for select government entities.
 Undertake documentation of the experience of capacity development initiatives and preparation of policies and strategies.
