1- Collaborate with the line manager to develop the Annual CEC Plan, ensuring the effective implementation of talent management programs.
2- Organize and coordinate assessment centers, handling logistical arrangements and activities associated with employee assessments.
3- Administer assessment tests, accurately record and score the results, and communicate them to employees in a clear manner.
4- Coordinate with Department Heads to facilitate seamless employee assessments, ensuring a smooth process across departments.
5- Conduct post-CEC/training feedback surveys to evaluate efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for necessary changes.
6- Develop comprehensive training materials on talent management processes to keep employees well-informed and engaged.
7- Assist in delivering awareness sessions to employees under the guidance of the line manager, promoting understanding and participation in talent management initiatives.
8- Verify the accuracy of translated assessment materials before administering tests to CEC participants, ensuring consistency and fairness.
9- Collaborate with the Manager to prepare BIT material and related tests, aligning them with talent management objectives.
10- Continuously monitor and maintain the E-learning system, promptly addressing any system-related issues and staying up-to-date with catalog updates. Coordinate with the supplier as required for seamless operation.
11- Update the BIT training database and diligently maintain accurate BIT information on Success Factors, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
12- Maintain and update various trackers related to assessments, PDP, Talent grid, etc., enabling effective monitoring and evaluation of talent management processes.
13- Prepare various reports on talent management activities, including BIT activities and status, CEC status, PDP status, and SLA status, providing valuable insights for decision-making and progress tracking.
14- Publish materials on the BIT channel as instructed by the Manager, ensuring timely and appropriate dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders.
15- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, fostering a culture of talent management support and engagement through clear and concise messaging.
16- Fulfill the responsibilities of the Petty Cash Holder, managing financial transactions in adherence to policies and protocols.

Additionally, fulfill the following tasks:
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations, providing comprehensive updates on talent management initiatives.
- Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals, ensuring transparency and easy access to information.
- Comply with Al-Sayer Group policies and adhere to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe and secure working environment.
- Undertake additional duties as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to support talent management efforts effectively.

Ensure smooth implementation of talent management programs.

1. Prepare logistics of assessment centers and coordinate activities of employees and assessors in the assessment centers: that would include base lining and recruitment CECs and Customer Interfacing Assessments.

12. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to support all functions: Recruitment personnel, HRBPs, Department heads, etc.
