Providing professional guidance and support to senior management regarding ADCO’s business plan, budget, major projects, economics, expenditure forecasts, business improvement and other key strategic issues. Led the development of the monthly Corporate Activity Report to shareholders, proposed annual content, developed formats and templates for data collection, coordinated with divisions to set targets, prepared executive summaries, and ensured consistent flow of information. Monitored performance, prepared analysis and presentations for the Executive Team on the companywide performance. Identified delays and problems and brought to management attention. Worked closely with divisions to prepare mitigation plans and ensured that corrective actions are implemented to meet year end targets.
Participated in the development of the concept of companywide Performance Indicators Program. The Program included top corporate level measures of the main processes that impact the company ability to achieve its targets. The corporate measures cascade down the organization to measure individual activities in order to enable Management to detect areas that require further attention and to monitor subsequent improvements in those areas.
Led the annual preparation of ADCO Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Performance Contracts and Balanced Scorecards. Played a key role in developing the company KPIs in all sectors (HSE, Operations, Value and Organization). Communicated with stakeholders and set KPI measures and targets for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting. Defined measure owners, and prepared reports and presentations to the Management and Shareholders on progress.
Played a pivotal role in the work undertaken by Business Planning, including provision of technical support to staff. Key contributor in the development and production of the Business Plan. Provided support to divisions regarding objectives, strategies, budgets, work programs, and key issues.
Prepared the monthly Corporate Activity Report, tasks included follow-up with divisions on relevant contributions, compilation of data, preparing including presentations, supporting documents and distribution.
