In this role:
• 1 preside over court hearings.

-I ensure procedural rules are upheld, and render decisions after
analyzing legal arguments, facts, and evidence. My responsibilities
include interpreting the law, safeguarding the rights of parties, drafting
judgments, supervising procedural integrity from case initiation to
closure, and encouraging mediation or amicable settlements where
applicable.
-I ensure the protection of minors and vulnerable individuals during
court proceedings. I handle detailed reviews of property and
contractual disputes, assess supporting documents, conduct site
inspections, and compile technical and legal reports to aid in case
resolution.

-In depth review of real estate and contractual disputes (sales, leases,
commercial contracts, mortgage agreements, etc.).
