• Set the social media communication strategy as part of “Employer Branding Project”.
• Launched ABC “Star Finder”, a referral compensation based program.
• Conducted progress to baseline comparison reports with detailed status reports on
recruitment activities and initiatives.

Conducted Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for Commercial and Support Functions.
• Created customized personal development training programs based on TNAs, company’s
objectives, vision and strategy.
• Followed Project Management methodology to conduct “Climate Survey” across the
organisation while adhering to the change management strategy.
• Monitored training effectiveness and the quality of the training plan from employee feedback
and performance.
• Conducted group coaching sessions as part of “First Line Manager Program”.
• Delivered internal development workshops to Management Trainees and assigning them to
different projects.
• Generated quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports, locally and regionally.
