• Worked with the Head of school to hire teachers. Gave teachers customized training on topics such as the changing role of teachers, motivation, and the impact of technology on education. Introduced the concept of PLCs.
• Prepared manuals for the teachers, students and parents.
• Wrote down policies and procedures for legal and administrative reference.
• Put down plans for the English/ESL language program and advised on textbooks and teaching resources.
