• Responsible to provide a comprehensive assistance to instructors and students in an assigned academic program; specifically in MIS major courses e.g. Business Information Systems Capstone, System Analysis & Design, System Implementation, and Database Management. Other course includes Quantitative Method and Operation Research.
• Assists in the preparation for course material, course syllabus, course file, course attendance, and facilitates in organizing field trips.
• Answers students’ inquiries and guides them in their assignments and projects.
• Maintains students’ records and course work.
• Assists in preparing and correcting exam papers.
• Assists in technical matters including hardware and software maintenance for the department I am working in.
• Assisting MIS graduates in their Capstone, end of year project, in developing an information system that passes through different phases of the System Development Life Cycle; particularly in the design and implementation phases, (142 projects till date).
Delivering a web-based ideas generating information system called “Snap”. The system purpose is to ease the process of submitting, discussing, investing in and evaluating ideas generated by NCB employees
Assisting students who have difficulties in math courses e.g. Pre-Algebra, College Algebra, and Calculus in the Math Tutor Center at Dar Al-Hekma University.

Courses completed and certified by Dar AlHekma University as part of the Bridge Program to bridge MIS graduates to complete their graduate studies in Computer Science: • Numerical Analysis • Data Structure • Linear Algebra • Algorithm Design & Analysis • Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems Awarded with GPA of 4.92 (on 5.0 scale) • Developing a web-based management information system for Iqraa TV Channel that helps in automating all the processes from the starting of the program idea to broadcasting, which included different functions as well as different user accesses that ranges from idea selection, evaluation, planning in terms of presenters, guest speakers, equipment needed, venue selection, and then scheduling.
