• Handling invitations and RSVP processes as required by Event Manager.
• Database of suppliers and vendors developed and maintained accurate and up-to-date.
• Arrange travel itineraries, visas, flights and accommodation for project participants in Qatar and overseas.
• Administrative support to maintain project and management documentation.
• Participate in monitoring and evaluating the quality of events and their outcomes; and disseminating lessons learned to enable teams to repeat successes.
• Support Event Manager to develop and maintain active relationships and networks with clients and suppliers.
