Creating a social insurance sheet with all the employees (in& out dates/
social insurance number / ID Number & title).
Communicating and Receiving All Hiring Requests and Updates.
Collecting All the variables to be added in monthly payroll.
Maintains listing of approved positions along with assigned salary grade
levels.
Designed each department organizational structure charts and job
descriptions in line with department heads
Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management,
employee engagement and retention activities. Archiving employees Files and data records, Issuing Job offers and update
the job descriptions and make orientation process
Apply the whole process of the employee life cycle “the Hire to Retire".
