• Responsible for diagnosing software issues and responding to End Users inquiries for the following Oracle ERP Modules:
- Purchasing
- e-Tendering
- i-Procurement
- i-Supplier
• Liaise with business users, Data Owners across the organization to understand and document detailed system requirements using AIM technology.
• Conduct integration and User Acceptance testing to assure software quality
• Prepare and design User Manuals to help End Users and suppliers utilizing the system and generate relevant reports
• Maintain Suppliers' information on the I-Supplier portal
• Provide guidance through training sessions and workshops

• Provide superior technical support for customers using Oracle Retail applications such as:
- RMS (Retail Merchandising system)
- REIM (Retail Invoice Matching)
- SIM (Store Inventory Management)
- RESA (Retail Sales Audit)
- RPOS (Retail Point of Sale)
- RPAS (Retail Predictive Application Server)
• Support go-lives and typical maintenance support activities
• Achieve customer's satisfaction and building strong relationships, by clarifying customer's problems and providing clear detailed resolution steps in short timely manner
• Provide trainings and supporting end users requirements
• Handle installing patches, new software releases, and system upgrades
• Creating knowledge content for best practices, patches/releases, usability issues

• Developed and maintained the company’s intranet
• Designed and developed an Attendance system using C# to record the attendance of employees
• Designed a Request handler application using ASP.net to handle end-users problems/requests through company departments
