An HR business partner, managing the HR function in Egypt, Greece, Morocco and Export 3rd Cluster. I am responsible for Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Personnel, Training as well as Admin. activities through 1 subordinate in Egypt.
Currently, I am heading the HR in a complex cluster, whereby some of the employees do not have a company branch where they work (e.g. Baltic area, KSA, & UAE).
