During my internship in clinical setting, I likely developed crucial qualities such as strong communication skills, empathy, adaptability to diverse situations, attention to detail, teamwork and the ability to handle pressure. I conduct one on one couseling sessions and facilitated group therapy apply therapeutic techniques tailored to clients need while maintaining strict confidentiality. I contribute to research projects, assisting in literature reviews and data collection to support on going studies.
I conduct research on impact of phubbing on the life satisfaction of married couples. I attend psychology-related conferences and volunteering for mental health organizations. I also completing 2 months internship in DHQ Hospital Faisalabad and this experience provides me a solid foundation in understanding human behavior, my training in deep breathing and meditation adds an extra layer of preparedness for potential in emergencies. I learn about the effects of drugs on human mind and behavior in 2 months course of Psychopharmacology from Al-Khalil medical complex.
