I`m responsible for the management of the neonates admitting to the NICUas sick term or preterm or extreme low birth weights as ventilation management and nutritional status .managing the cases with multiple congenital anomalies, I'm responsible for the normal deliveries as reassessment for normal newborn .i`m responsible for the junior residents and teaching them and i`m the leader as the team work and supervise their work. i`m reporting my works to the consultant assigned to the duty.i finished my fellowship since one year and i ranked the second place .i had my experience before Security Forces Hospital as pediatric and family medicine physician in private centre (El Zamil poly clinic)and i was temporary the dubiety of the medical director in the morning period. i worked there about 2 years.Before that I were a resident in the one of the major hospital related to ministry of Health in Egypt.My ID in Saudi Commision Of Health Specialities is Senior Registrar since 2 years and to be changed at January, 2014 to NICU consultant.
