• Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies.
• Creating, managing and implementing PR campaigns with the goal of enriching the company’s position and image within the public eye.

• Maintaining, updating information, writing articles on Nile Sugar Website.
• Monitor sugar industry news, translate & circulate internally.
• Managing the PR aspects of potential crises situation.
• Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch premise.
• Send a report consisting of the schedule, number of students and engaged classes to the branches manager on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the branches management and the administration department in all matters related to the implementation of the academic activities within the different branches.
• Solving any internal problems that concern the students and the professors.
• Follow up with the financial department on the registered number of students.
• Participate and follow up in the preparation for the graduation ceremony.
• Supervise and assess the performance of the staff (academic - student’s affairs - admission - reception - security - cleaning) and report to the branches manager and/or the Human Resources Manager on their performance level.
• Regular follow up on the premise administration; ensure sanitation and promote cleanliness in the locality of the branch; protect the property and equipment; maintain security and avoid loss and/or damage.
• Assist and implementing the set department marketing strategic plan, by visiting as many companies as possible.
• Find new corporate entities that have interest in ESLSCA and sign agreements.
• Maintain a good corporate relation with current companies.
• Work on maximizing the number of students enrolled from corporate.
• Generate all admission letters and communication as directed, staff and mail bulk mailings.
• Maintain inventory of admission materials, applications, publications and letterheads.
• Arrange and schedule interviews for candidates. Develop a semiannual report about the competition in the market.
• Maintain updates, news, and events on website of the school,
• Participate in the arrangement of the graduation ceremony.
Managing and directing all Art and print services of the company
Coordination between all departments concerned with the specified job and art directors/designers
Schedule and distribution of jobs among staff members
Setting prices and rate cards
Controlling quality of all jobs before deliveries
Preparing income statement, balance sheets, costing and budgeting.

Marketing & PR
Responsibilities include:
Organizing marketing tours to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Emirates
Preparing all related printed material and equipment to serve the presentation purpose

Responsibilities include:
Graduates; employment fair
Undergraduates; Student summer training program (SSTP)
Event organization
Responsibilities include:
Welcome freshmen orientation, welcome party, Ramadan tournaments,
Ramadan Eftar: Students, Staff & Corporate.
Bazaars; mother’s day, book fair, Xmas, international day, alumni gathering, employment fair, graduation ceremony and festivals.
International Office
Foreigners Professors Program includes:
Host apartment; finding the suitable furnished apartment to the professor.
Limousine; renting a car for the transportation of the professor during his stay.
Hotel Reservation; if the professor is coming for just a couple of days.
Tours / Tour Guide; trips for the guest professor.
Renting apartments for foreigners students during the semester.
