Manage and monitor department performance.
Monitor Team outputs as well as individual performance and make necessary developments to improve performance.
Develop and monitor the skills to fulfill the tasks requirements and enable motivation of staff and encourage their professional growth.
Handle internal and external communications related to the issues of department and of the company in a timely and professional manner.
Build employees to be a client oriented focus, keep them motivated with support and directions.
Develop and maintain beneficial working relationships with subordinates and colleagues and meet inter departmental deadlines.
Attend to day to day operational issues of the department
Conduct staff appraisal using company performance appraisal tool & ensure team performs its task to have the medical ethics respected at all times.
Contribute in developing, updating and implementing policies and procedures to suit the functional objective of the business.
Suggest updates in policies and procedures within the department to be followed by the staff members.
Ensure high quality customer service is provided at all times by developing quality standards.
Maintain the productivity reports of the team members.
Provide hands-on assistance to the team members in day to day work
Preparing & Maintaining Weekly & Monthly Process Report.
Suggest training requirements of staff to ensure productivity and growth.
Auditing and processing and approving of provider’s invoices.
Review of deducted invoices with providers upon request
Auditing and processing of all providers invoices.
Collection of all items and invoices to same patient in order to complete and the final bill
Invoicing of all institution bills (Insurance, NSSF, MOH, CO-OP...)
