Working with State Government of Telangana Health Project implemented through Aarogyasri Health Care Trust in the cadre of District Manager. Under the surveillance of District Collector and Aarogyasri Health care Trust CEO.
The Flagship Project to State Government, Implementing multiple state governments in India. Study model for many health projects all over the world. AHCT Claims worth 65 billion rupees till May 2015.
Successfully Implemented the project in Guntur, Karimnagar, Warangal Districts now handling Hyderabad District Field operations wing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for Implementation of the Government Initiatives and SCA agreed terms in the District Empanelled Hospitals.
• Ensure to obtain Quality Health care to the residents of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States in Empanelled Network Hospitals.
• Responsible to see Service Contract agreements successfully completed In between Government Trust and Empanelled Network Hospitals.
• Responsible to see Service contract agreement Terms being implemented without any violation.
• Coordinating with the District administration (District Collector, DMHO, DC) and public representatives (Ministers, MLA, MP) for updating the current statistics and resolving the assigned issues in the District and respective constituencies.
• Responsible to attend Grievance cell in District collectorate.
• Responsible to attend CEO Monthly Review meeting.
• Handling Operations with Team of 300+ employees.
• Responsible to Conduct District review meetings with Empanelled Hospital Medical Coordinators, Health Camp Coordinators and Project staff.
• Inspecting Network Hospitals through surprise visit to find discrepancies in implementation and process work flow.
• Guiding newly empanelled Hospitals in process Implementation.
• Responsible to present the process to International and national Delegates during their visits.
• Escalating reports to GM Operations, GM Vigilance and CMA through regular inspections and following Medical and Non medical Protocols.
• Monitor, Review and conduct Weekly Meetings with Direct Reporting Staff.
• Streamlined work flow in the posted Districts Guntur, Karimnagar, Warangal and Hyderabad (Present working District) so that all service levels were met with project goals.
• Building a motivated Health care team through training and motivational practices.
• Establish and maintain HR related employee files reflecting recruitment, salary issues
And Terminations if necessary based on the employees KPI.
• Maintained confidentiality in every aspect.
• Responsible for District Project office management.
• Responsible to coordinate with all the departments pre authorization, Operations, Claims,
Vigilance and accounts as and when necessary.
• Responsible to successful implementation of the project in the posted District.
Persuing Associate Degree form Insurance Institute of India. Out of 250 acquired 210 credit points till this time. Will be completed by October 2015. All cocepts of Insurance .. Marine, Health, Motor, Liability, International Investments in Insurance industry along with Accounting concepts were covered.
Persuing Advance Diploma in Health Insurance which will cover Operations management and claims management along with interanational helath practices by Govt and private players.
Diploma in General Insurance completed from Insurance Institute of India. Practice of Insurance Regulations are the key concepts
