Working Project: Dubai Metro
Owner: RTA (Government of Dubai)
Consultant: The Engineers (Sysra-Parsons Joint Venture)
Working area: Dubai Metro Green Line- Over Ground and Under Ground Station- Building Section
Responsibilities:
Building work:
a) Supervising sub-contractors work as per method of statement and schedule.
b) Making details schedule for each work as per main schedule
c) Arranging daily and weekly co-ordination meeting, Writing minutes of the meeting
d) Reporting to design team for respective site problems using email
e) Making ITR (Inspection-Testing-Report) as per ITP (Inspection-Testing-Plan) to QC and attend inspection with QC and consultant
f) Preparing Work Instruction Form (WIF), Damaged report, Incident report
g) Working with high voltage area to construct Transformer room, Battery room. T
h) Prepare punch list for outstanding and rectification work for sub-contractors and monitoring the list to closed one by one.
i) Attend Snag Inspection with consultant and follow up for closing
j) Ensure safety measurement for each activity by following Risk Assessment Analysis Report
k) Co-ordinating with other section like Utility, Re-instatement team, E&M for respective problems
Defect Liable Period (DLP)-Maintenance work for Green Line: (July-2011 to now)
a) Follow up with Fault log for maintenance.
b) Documentation and reporting for “Trade off” with RTA and Consultant
c) Supervising maintenance work under PTW system with SERCO
