Reforming the old Factory (Process and Filling)
Implement new products and increase capacities in all group factories.
Constructing 250TPD Oil mill (India).
Accomplishments:
•Increase productivity and the efficiency of the factory from 9000T/month to 16000T/month (achieved without any extra cost).
•Reduce loses to the STD (achieved).
•Improve the product and production quality (achieved).
•Contracting and start building and commissioning of the 3rd spray dray tower.

Soap Factory 4500 Ton/Month, (instead of 800 Ton/ Month).
Liquid Detergent Factory 5600 Ton/Month, (instead of 1040 Ton/Month).
Responsible for the new expansion of the Process section in terms of increasing the productivity of the Process from 5 Ton per Hr. to 10 Ton per Hr., installing and commissioning the Filing Mach’s.
Responsibility:
•Handling all the 5 Ms.
•Controlling all the production process and filling.
•Planning the production to meet the sales forecast.
•Estimating new plans for the Cost reduction.
•Handling all the maintenance issues.
•Develop new projects to serve the production and cost reduction (Nonionic Spraying sys, Scrap sys, Solid RM Screws, Filling machines., , , , , , .).

• Training a new Operation Staff for the Tower in the control room.
•Production Process Plan.
•Control Process on SCADA (Logo sys).
•Dealing with all Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance.
•Controlling the RM consumptions.
Trained in Yamane in YCGSI for Soap and Detergents for one month on the fields:
Detergents processing.
Filling of detergent powder (HS and LS).
