➢ Install, troubleshoot, repair, update and maintain workstations, laptops, printers /copiers as well as proper utilization of toner.
➢ Support audio/visual equipment for presentations, trainings on and off site.
➢ Maintain and Troubleshoot of Access Control System and CCTV.
Software
➢ Maintain software and Operating system in order.
➢ Updates operating systems and user applications.
➢ Proactively schedule of software upgrades and patching.
Network
➢ Maintain network functionality and availability to all system users.
➢ Cable Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair in respect of Wireless & other network infrastructure.
➢ Maintain network access to All respective as set by Management.
Security
➢ Maintain updating of anti-virus based on server as well as each terminal.
➢ To support users in how to adhere the ICT policies in global and local security.
➢ Maintain Security of all technology.
Routine Administrative Tasks
➢ To check Network Server, Security system, Error log in daily basis.
➢ Proper record keeping of documents.
➢ Budget control as set by management.
➢ Maintain Data backup and restore processes as regular basic
➢ To maintain Preventative and Regular maintenance of ICT equipment, storage areas and work areas as per approved Schedule.
➢ Keep clean and tidy environment.

Installations, Assembling & troubleshooting for Hardware/Software, Maintenance of LAN/WAN Hardware, Support for Clients, Solve virus problem.
