• Took ownership of managing sophisticated warehouse of 10, 000 Sq.mtr and Nett inventory worth USD 100M.
• Led 40 direct/indirect reports, with USD 500k annual operating budget and assets in excess of $10 million.
• Close coordination with Purchasing, clearance and ISC-QA team and ensure the stock availability and undisturbed stock supply to production as per their production plans.
• Managed inventory through SAP and scheduled material transfers from external warehouses and space management
• Monitored and followed through of warehouse ongoing projects for Health & Safety (H&S) and operational improvements.
• 100% adherence to SOP, ISO, HACCP, Almarai Quality Policy (AQP) and compliance with all the safety standards.
• Administered periodical health & safety (H&S) audit, rack inspection, warehouse safe housekeeping, hygiene and Good manufacturing practices (GMP) internally.

• Executed inventory controlling by using FIFO, ABC, FSN and VED techniques through Oracle based ERP software “Nahil Information Management System (NIMS).

• Holds the credit of registering reduction in stock holding of 10% & implementing effective stock turnover ratio on stock hold.
