Responsible for ongoing development and management of the servers and network, system security, overseeing department budget and planning, and maintaining accurate documentation including resource time tracking and network design documents. Provide daily support for each department. Supervises the day-to-day operations of the function to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and standards. Leadership for Information technology planning and designing all related IT infrastructure aspects (hardware, network, server, storage, telephony, and database management) in order to facilitate the efficiency of operations. Monitor the IT infrastructure’s performance identifying and recommending improvements while ensuring timely and accurate response to technical issues.
Responsible for overall management of all Information Technology functions including managing & supports all departments’ functions and services. Manage Hotel’s systems like “OPERA PMS, Micros POS, Call Account System, Card System “Rooms locks system”, Lattice “Finance & HR system” and Material Control. Operate and manage all types of Access controls and Attendance machines. Design & maintain LAN and handle troubleshooting. Maintaining proper backup of server and reports in case of server collapse & rebuilt server. Experience in handling Domain & workgroup environment & backup recovery. Experience to handle Multiple antivirus server & workstation within the network. Undertaking routine risk management and audit processes to monitor system user compliance in accordance with Hospitality IT standards
As a System administrator responsible day-to-day support of all IT systems, business systems, office systems, computer networks, and Responsible for smooth functioning Servers, Guest Internet, Property Management Systems - PMS, Micros Point of Sale - POS, Accounting system - SUN, Material Controller - MC, Payroll, IPTV, Telephony systems and other software’s. Additionally responsible for Information Technology issues, products, and Guest services at the property. Provides user training and support of all property/site systems, network enhancements, hardware, and software support. Also maintains inventory of all hardware products and software licenses and reviews maintenance agreements.
