Working as marketing assistant in the marketing department.
-Execute the day to day delivery of email marketing campaigns, e-newsletters, invitations etc.
-Develop a lead nurturing program strategy and monitor ongoing campaigns.
-Monitor all processes and implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity.
-Assists in theme and content development for a variety of projects.
-Planning, Coordinating and participating in any marketing events such as (Schools visits, open-Days, Exhibitions and Education fairs).
-Responsible for supervising the production process of leaflets, brochures and booklets and Handling the Arabic and English Advertise in the newspapers.
-Organizing and managing the Graduation ceremony and insuring that everything went according to plan.
-Maintaining and updating databases.
-Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, marketing agencies and graphic designers to ensure that the required level of service and quality is reached stay up-to-date with National/regional commercial market sectors.
-Playing a key role in implementing the overall marketing plan for the university and developing Marketing plans and strategies.
-Executing and managing advertising activities, printing media and online marketing Campaigns.
-Designing business cards and liaising the print house and the card requestor.
