Assist individuals in developing and maintaining coping strategies to manage their symptoms. Facilitate and participate in therapeutic activities and group sessions. Monitor and record individuals mental health status and report any significant changes. Support clients to achieve independence and lead their own recovery. Help people sufering from mental health issues to live a healthy, independent life. Inspire individuals with a personal support plan to achieve their goals and inspire them.
Work alongside some of the most vulnerable and complex individuals in the community to live safe and create a positive environment. Raising COVID awareness and supporting clients to live safer, more independent, and more fulfilling lives. Working with multiple agencies and partners in the borough to ensure that the clients needs are met, these include drug and alcohol services, housing teams, and NHS teams. Support clients to develop their living skills, develop and manage relationships, build social networks, and access education, training, or employment, by completing comprehensive needs and risk assessments with clients and identifying short-term objectives.
Providing intensive resettlement and integration support to Syrian Refugee Families, work in partnership with families and other agencies to undertake assessments to identify families strengths as well as potential barriers to integration with local community and steps to overcome them.
