• WORKING EXPERIENCE:-
• Presently working with FABTECH INTERNATIONAL LTD. Jebel Ali (free zone). UAE as a STRUCTURAL DRAUGHTSMAN (AutoCAD & Tekla Detailer) from 8th Jan 2013 to till date.
• Worked as STRUCTURAL DRAUGHTSMAN for G&T OIL STATES INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD. Bandra Mumbai. From 1st Jan 2012. to 31st Dec. 2012.
• Worked as MECHANICAL DRAUGHTSMAN for RAINA ENGINEERS PVT. LTD. Wadala Mumbai. From 1st Jan 2007 to. 31st Dec 2011.
• Preparation detail drawings in TEKLA & AUTO CAD from sketches & layout as per the instructions.
• Preparation CNC file for plate nesting.
• Preparation of G.A. drawings and detailed fabrication drawing of material handling equipments such as Offshore Pedestal Deck Cranes.
• Preparation of nesting layouts for manufacturing of drawings.
• Preparation of BOM for mechanical and sub-structural parts.
• Preparation of detailed drawing based on layout drawings and preparation of BOM for the drawings.
• To communicate with shop floor teams.
• Responsible in structural Drawing - Plan, Elevation, Section View & Layout Plan.
• Detailing of steel work Fabrication Drawing including Column, Beam, Rafter & Typical connection Details, Staircase, ladder, sliding gate, platform, AHU & AC unit support & Pipe Structure.
• Making proposal drawing for Quotation.
• Familiar in calculation of weight for all steel items.
• Material take-off, bill of material, Cut list, packing list & Material order list (MOL) preparation for procurement of material.
• Monitor Fabrication & Erection job at site day by day.
• Fabricated material checking as per the shop drawing.
