• Preparing Weekly labour cost control report from the actual manpower allocated per activity.
• Preparing monthly cost control report in correlation with the accounts ledger, also preparation of project revenue forecasting and quarterly report for the cost to complete of the project.
• Preparing Cash flow report.
• Take-off quantities from construction and shop drawings, and estimation of materials as required by procurement.
• Estimation of quantities and preparation of BOQ.
• Review the construction drawings, specification, approved BOQ and identify the variation orders not covered in the contract.
• Tracking Sub Contractor Variations.
• Prepare detailed Breakdown of Quantity and Cost for project planning.
• Co ordinate with Engineering Department for RFI’s and clarifications.
• Re-measuring quantities of field changes to prepare cost implication; either consultant advice or any repair works at site.
• Evaluate and checking the weekly and monthly billings of subcontractors.
• Review of Contract Documents.
