• Responsible for overall factory management for the Aluminium composite panel manufacturing (fire rated as per Dubai civil defence)
• Responsible for controlling job allocation and job flow in the Factory including oversee job scheduling and labor allocation for day to day operations.
• Determine priorities of projects to be completed and the material requires, schedules time, equipment and manpower accordingly.
• In terms of production, make financial decisions for purchasing of local & international raw materials & spares items and manage the company’s budget.

• Work with engineering and quality to eliminate root causes to problem in the manufacturing process.
• Managing entire production shop floor operation right from material identification till completion of all manufacturing operations.
• Arranging material, manpower, & utilizing the utmost level of machine capacity along with achieving efficiency targets etc.
• Fabrication of Industrial Fasteners(Anchor Bolts/Foundation bolts), clamps, StudsLean manufacturing tools & technique
• To lead the cost reduction drives in all areas to improve profitability, effective utilization all resources.
• Estimating staffing requirements, production times, and relative costs to provide data for operational decisions.
• Implemented KAIZEN & 5’s technique to the Production Process flow.
• Maintain PFMA (Process failure Mode and Effect Analysis) and Preventive Break down maintenance schedule for all equipment's & machinery.
• Minimize the scrap generation by better and accurate planning of material allocation through CAD programs to save man & machine hours.
• Handle a direct Shop floor Production team of 40-45 employees including Supervisors, foreman & skilled, non skilled labors.
• Report to General Manager-Production
• Plan for the mechanical activities involve in the works.
• Detail review of contractual document to study scope of mechanical work involve
• Undertake the detailed engineering of the project.
• Prepare potential vendor lists, technical details and quantities for quotation enquiry packages.
• Technical and commercial evaluation of quotations.
• Cost estimation for the given project accurately in primavera.
• Establish the construction methodology and obtain approval of method statements.
• Resolution of technical difficulties with the professional team.
• Preparation of the working drawings including instruction and supervision of the drafting team.
• Obtain material and drawing approval from the professional team.
• Plan material delivery to meet the programmed and scheduled requirements.
• Issue the approved drawings to site and instruct the site team on the approved method of construction.
• Site supervision, Material Controlling and arrangement of Equipment as per Requirement.
• Plans, organizes, directs, co-ordinates material coordination staff working with both Engineering & Material Management team.
• Control and implements inventory operations and procedures; supervises Physical Inventory Count.
• Prepare, issue, revise and monitors the Material Control Plan in compliance with the project procedure manual as required and directed by the Project Material Manager.
• Review all Material requisition and works with Engineering and Construction in the execution of the Material control Plan.
• Facilitate material trace action and accelerate material inflow to construction site through expediting team.
• Reviews daily inventory activity; maintains accurate inventory master files, manufacturer and catalog numbers, minimums and material descriptions.
• Reviews receiving records, maintains receiving records on file until invoice is received. Reconciles invoices with correct receiving record, and then forwards both to Finance.
• Reviews purchase order requests and compares expenditures with budget appropriations, prepares and reviews monthly Capital Budget reports.
• Researches vendor, pricing, and manufacturer information; inputs all required data to initiate all Project department requisitions and purchase orders. Prepares re-order reports with quantities required for inventory stock and forwards to Procurement for Pricing/ ordering.
• Monitor and Manage the Fabrication Activity of Angle/Plates of Transmission/Telecom/Gantry Towers.
• Assembly and inspection of proto type towers of telecom, transmission and test towers.
• Finalisation of shop drawings & structural drawings & specifications prior submission to planning dept. For release of mass production.
• Finalisation of Bill of material & towers for mass production
• Coordinating with the Associates/Contractors/Vendors for the timely completion of the job on day to day basis as per key dates set in discussion with the Works Manager.
• Correspondence with clients regarding structural drawings & other details.
• Coordinating with other registered contractors and taking clearance required from them to maintain the work flow & Process.
• Checking of measurement with various clients.
