I am working as Agriculture Assistant in Acted Pakistan. I completed two project (04DMR & 04-DXW-WFP Projects) in Umer Kot Districts.
I was working as Booking & Delivery Offer in Daewoo Bus Express Pakistan FastEx) in Karachi Terminal. My duty responsibilities viz: Booking, Delivery, Inward, Dispatch and also to facilitate the costumer regarding cargo policies.
1. To prepare questionnaires (pre and post) for project
2. To maintain office record and monthly payment of two research associates (Sindh and Punjab)
3. To maintain record of quartely visit to Islamabd, Punjab of Project head
4. To Visit and conduct interviews from Cotton growers from selected four districts of Sindh and Punjab
5. To enter the data in SPSS programme
6. Coding, enterpreting and analysis the data and making the tables form for interpreting
7. To prepare qurtely, fortnightly reports
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identification of appropriate crop varieties, Cropping patterns and secheduling for flood affected farmers.
2. Planning for inputs needs of targeted farmers and timely distribution of inputs
3. Training of farmers groups in improved agricultural techiques, planting, fertilization, water management practices and pest control methods
4.Establish demo plots of major crops to demonstrate and dissemination improved production techniques
5. Identify marketing constraintts esecially in the area of information, prine, qualit of products etc
6. Promote market linkage for effective product marketing.
7. Training of farmers groups to enhance their marketing skills.
8. Identify and facilitate approches to ensure access to training/information for women (eg. Vegetables gardens).

I was appointed as Enumerator in Sindh Team, The project started by Agriculture University Faisalabad on crop. The survey conducted in four major cities where Rice crop cultivated Viz: Larkana, Badin, Jacobabad, Kashmor @ kandh Kot, Dadu. To collect data from field through well established questionnaire. To maintain the record and put data excel sheet.
1. Visit various fruits farms
2. To conduct trainings and media programmes
3. To collect samples of soil, and water for Lab test
• CONSULTATION AND REPORTING TO THE PROJECT COODINATOR.
• FORMING THE PROGESSIVE FARMERS (PFGs) AS PER THE PROCESS OF THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS.
• COORDINATION WITH PROJECT COORDINATOR AND OTHER FIELD STAFF ON PROJECT ACTIVITES.
• CONDUCTING MEETINGS AND FOCUSED GROUP DISCUSSIONS WITH THE GROUPS AND RELEVANT STAKEHOLDERS AS PER THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS.
• PREPARING THE QUESTINNAIRES AND CHECKLISTS AND COLLECTING DATA FOR BASELINE SURVEY AS PER PROJECT DOCUMENT.
• COLEECTING AND REPORTING RELEVANT SECONDARY DATA.
• ANALYZING THE DATA COLLECTED FROM THE FIELD.
• ORGANIZATION AND FACILITATING THE TRAINING, SEMINARS, LEARNING TOURS AND OTHE RELEVANT ACTIVITIES.
• WRITING REPORTVON THE FIELD ACTIVITIES.
• IMPLEMAENTING THE WORK PLANS OF THE PROJECT ACTIVITIES.
• ENSURING THE TIMELY BCOMPLETION OF THE PROJECT ACTIVITIES.
1. To conduct the training regarding the post harvesting techniques regarding Chille crop
2. To visit and conduct various programmes regarding fruits crops in Different districts of Sindh Pakistan
To conduct the surveys regarding Pakistan Household Research Survey, NRSP Field Workers Evaluation Report 2005, Data Collection from Eight districts (BADIN, LARKANA, NAWAB SHAH, Sanghar, Tando Allahyar, Hyderabaad, Thatta and MIRPUR KHAS) of Sindh

3. To write reports then translate in Sindhi and Urdu for making Brushers
Two years masters degree as M. Sc (Agri.) Hons. After completing two terms of academic tha conduct a one year research study for completing the master degree
