Responsibilities:
1. To plan, organize and conduct the internal audit as guided by the management,
2. To ensure/produce the audit findings report with necessary analysis and comparison,
3. To ensure proper documentation system and preserve appropriate audit evidences for future reference,
4. Periodically audit the business process to assess the degree of compliance of its processes with accepted accounting standards & regulations,
5. Oversee special audit or investigation including due diligence work, post-purchase review and fraud investigations,
6. To develop/modify the audit policy from time to time,
7. To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time,
KPIs :
People Development and Management, Value Addition, Business Creation.
Ensuring MEC on time & Financial reporting, TAX & VAT reporting, IC reconciliation and
completion without deviation.
Responsibilities :
1. Analysis of Financial Statements from Oracle and HFM to identify and resolve potential problems
2. Hyperion Financial Management reporting for group BS & PL i.e. Asset note, Shareholder equity, AR aging etc. in monthly, quarterly & yearly.
3. Attending CFO meeting to explain and finalize Financials. (Profitability, Liquidity, Working capital & Current capital structure.)
4. Manual accounts on BS reporting with explanations to Finance Norge.
5. Execute audit program on balance sheet items.
6. Intercompany reporting with explanations to Finance Norge.
7. Preparation of control reports for multiple business units to ensure internal control
8. Preparation of process maps for process improvement through the use of operational excellence framework
9. Quarterly ICFR monitoring and reporting
KPIs: Management Maintaining tight working capital cycle as defined by management. Using hedge benefits rather the short-term loan, minimizing bank loan and loan’s interest as much as possible, People management and development.
