MRP Planner: responsible for all the Service & production activities -
•Entering/scheduling customer service orders.
•Planning for manufacturing of new supply materials and repair.
•Following-up on order status.
•Maintaining the master Production schedule for the designated area.
•Ensure that raw materials are available for production and products are available for delivery to customers, maintain the lowest possible material and product levels in store, and plan manufacturing activities, delivery schedules and purchasing activities.
•Analyze order patterns and trends to enable quick reaction to changes in customer demands and ensure production forecasts are as accurate as possible.
•Submitting the service documents to Aramco MSSD after material delivery to close the job & get the payments.

•Process orders, sales quotation, applications and requests by using SAP system.
•manage customers' accounts ( SABIC & ARAMCO)
•Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
•Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and details of action taken.
•Deal directly with customers (SABIC & ARAMCO) either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
•Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
•Handle and resolve customer complaints with our quality department.
•Using excellent customer service skills establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, officials, and all members of the general public.
•Responsible for participants registration in various aquatic activities and teams, including record keeping, tracking and collecting fees, dues, and registration forms.
•Responsible for working closely with the print shop to design, update, and release the business cards.
•Maintains records of benefits plan participation such as insurance, personnel transaction such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews.
•Maintain/ upkeep accurate records documentation system which include filing and retrieval (active and inactive employees).
• Assigning the staff in their respective Areas
• Assisting the merchandiser where to put the new arrived items
• Assisting the customer
• Act as Quality Controller
• Teaching the new sales persons about the products
