Regional Manager - Branch Banking Sales, Jan2016-Des2016
Job description:
1. Managing Middle Regional Sales, the regional contains 6districts which have 138 branches.
2. Getting target from Sales Executive and distributing it to districts.
3. Making sure to sale all Bank's products to reach the needed growth.
4. Following up and analysis sales continuously with Districts Manager
Prepare annual training plan and validate needs and requirement.
Evaluate and assign commission percentile based on a staff work.
Review and approve the annual vacation plan for the department.
Conduct the staff annual performance assessment.
Analysing financial accounts.
Managing targets, assessing progress, and achieving targets.
Discuss all targets with staff before implementation to flag up any concerns.
Carry out weekly reviews if necessary.
Responsible for selling, closing, servicing and expanding the current customer base within an assigned territory.
Selecting sites for new development with a focus on multi-unit opportunities.
Providing highly professional sales and marketing expertise and back up to sales representatives.
Working closely with directing sales representatives to help lead strategic field initiatives.
Ability to impact sales through coaching, counselling, and influencing others to accomplish desired outcomes.
Deliver personalised services to customers on various banking products, accounts, and respond to enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solution and attention.
Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
